The Gateway Regional Water Company will begin a modified disinfection process using Free Chlorine instead of Chloramines as the predominant water disinfectant on November 6th.
On December 18, 2023, Gateway will switch back from Free Chlorine residual to the normal Chloramines’ residual as its predominant water disinfectant.
