The Salem Lady Wildcats honored their 7 seniors last night while hosting the Roxana Shells. Salem fell in the varsity contest 23-25, 25-19, 23-25 to fall to 11-16 on the season. The Salem freshmen won 21-7, 21-10 ending their season at 8-10. The JV also won 25-11, 25-12 to finish 12-6.
It’s a divide and conquer final weekend of the regular season for Salem. The Varsity will play at the Fairfield Tournament tomorrow with a 9am game against Grayville, 9:50 versus Robinson and then at 1:10 against Massac County. Salem will then play 2 more matches after the pools are re-seeded.
The Salem fresh/soph will play at the TTown tournament. They will play Windsor/Stew-Stras at 2 and then TTown at 3pm.
