Illinois State Police say the driver of a passenger vehicle was pronounced dead on the scene when it collided with a train on the West Line Road railroad cross just north of US 50 in rural Odin Friday afternoon.
The name of the victim has not been released.
The crash occurred at 3:51 p.m.
No other details are currently being released.
