Centralia Police arrested 38-year-old Jonathan Hiltibidal of North Locust in Centralia for alleged criminal damage to property and violation of bail bond. He was taken to the Marion County Jail to await a final decision on formal charges.
Centralia Police arrested 38-year-old Steven Joslin of Pinckneyville on a no-bond Perry County felony failure to appear warrant. He was also taken to the Marion County Jail.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the theft of solar panels from a billboard along US 51 near Greenview Road on the south side of Centralia.
