Tuesday was the Kaskaskia College Jr High Cross Country Meet.
The Lady Bobcats varsity girls were 1st overall. Kendall Zimmerann won the race with medals also from Charlotte Johnson 16th, Kinsley Gansauer 19th.
The Selmaville varsity girls were led by Carly Veach 6th and Shelby Johnson 11th.
The Central City varsity girls led by Kinley Blair 20th and Kailee Easley 48th.
The Bobcats varsity boys won their event with Scout Puricelli winning followed by Jacob Cape 7th, Nate Lowry 13th and Abram Jett 19th.
The Rockets varsity boys were led by a 21st place by Gavin Harper.
Citians varsity boys led by Kolton Cook 5th, Dayton Oller 39th, Braxton Bitter 41, Mike Sutton 49 and Trey Sloat 56.
Selmaville JV girls won their race in the small school division. Karmen Murray was 1st followed in 2nd and 3rd by teammates Gabby Harper and Kenna Benjamin, Gabby Gaston was 8th, Gia Ward 10th,McKenzie Mulvaney 12 and Kamora Sexton 23rd. All of them medaled.
The Franklin Park JV girls were 2nd overall.
The JV Rockets also won with Rafe James 2nd, Matt Blackburn 4th, Ryder Lawson 9th, Elijah De Rossett 14th, Greyson James 25th, Max Bookhout 26th and Zeke Thompson 32nd.
The Bobcats JV boys won their event. Grant Squibb 11th, Myles Donoho and Tyson Smith 18 and 19th.
Central City JV boys got a 27th from Zayne Allgood, Sam Sloat 68 and Alec Miller 72nd.
In the open race, Franklin Park’s Ross Baker was 14th and medaled. Franklin Park travels to Highland tomorrow afternoon.
