Corrine Cluck, 89, of Centralia, passed away Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at Centralia Fireside House.
She was born in Herrin, Illinois on April 23, 1935, to Herbert and Nellie (Cox) Griffith. In 1951, she married Victor Cluck and he survives in Centralia.
In addition to her husband of 73 years, Corrine is also survived by her sons, Larry Cluck and wife, Vonna of Walnut Hill, Norman Cluck and wife, Jodie of Walnut Hill, Steve Cluck and wife Tina of Walnut Hill and Mike Cluck and wife Ami of Odin; daughters: Brenda Schaubert and husband Tim of Shattuc, Peggy Boswell and husband Bob Okeechobee, Florida and Tammy Groff and husband Lester of Sandoval; a sister: Jane Ann Griffith of West Frankfort, Illinois; 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Cluck was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Nellie Griffith; a daughter, Vickie Cluck; a grandson, Colton Cluck; brothers, Danny Griffith, Paul Norman Griffith, Donald Griffith, Eddie Griffith, Kenny Griffith, Jody Griffith, and Bobby Griffith and sisters, Margie Griffith and Gladys Griffith.
Corrine enjoyed gardening, cooking , traveling, motorcycles, and watching her soap operas, but most of all she loved her dogs and loved and treasured the time with her grandchildren.
Per her wishes, Cremation Rites will be accorded and a Private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
