Today is the opening of the 11u Little League State Baseball Tournament hosted by the Salem Little League Complex. There will be 4 games today split between the North and South Fields. On the North Field at 1pm Elmhurst opens with Champaign East followed at 3:30 by Mt Carmel and Rochelle.
On the South Field at 1pm it’s Tri-Cities against Western Springs followed at 3:30 by Streator and Hinsdale. The Tournament continues until a champion is crowned on Wednesday night.
