2024 07/25 – Kayla S. (Hellmeyer) Webb

Kayla S. (Hellmeyer) Webb, 59, of Sandoval passed away Saturday, June 8, 2024, at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon. She was born January 16, 1965, the daughter of Richard and Helen “Kay” (Thouvenin) Hellmeyer in Centralia.

Survivors include her children, J.D. Murphy Jr. of Centralia, Ashley (Luke) Heuerman of Highland, Randi (L.T.) Taylor of Georgia, Vanessa Wooden of Kinmundy, Brandon Webb of Collinsville; sisters, Sherri (Lee) Keller of Centralia, Melissa Taylor of Carlyle, and Dawn Kell of Sandoval; several grandchildren and granddaughter, Breonna Murphy; and several nieces and nephews.

Kayla was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, David Boles, and Thomas Isaak; and her daughter, Tiffany Nicole Fann.

Kayla was owner of L.J. Ducks Sports Bar and Grill in Collinsville, IL. She had a zest for life that was contagious, filling every day with fun. Kayla was a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan. She loved Nascar and would cheer Dale Ernhardt Jr. on to victory at each turn. Her family will remember fun times with Kayla around the card table, each one playing to win. She was an amazing, loving grandma, spending quality time with her grandchildren. Kayla was creative, funny, beautiful inside and out, and she will be deeply missed.

Her celebration of life services to be held at Carlyle VFW on Thursday July 25th at 4 pm .
