A 45-year-old Cahokia Heights man has been transported back to the Marion County Jail on a petition to revoke his probation on an unlawful restraint conviction. Sean Polacek was taken into custody in LaSalle County in the north-central part of the state. He is being held in lieu of $25,000 bond.
