A 31-year-old Iuka man has been sentenced to two years in prison after his Marion County Drug Court probation was revoked.
Skylar Harper of Thomas Street will serve the time concurrently with a Clinton County prison conviction and will receive day-for-day credit for time already served. Harper had been placed on drug court as part of a conviction on a 2021 domestic battery conviction. The revocation was based on failure to attend required meetings, admitting the use of alcohol, violating curfew, missing a drug test, and not showing a willingness to participate in the treatment program.
Harper also received a two-year prison term in Clinton County Court in June on a felony domestic battery conviction.
