A fire caused heavy damage to a Sandoval mobile home at 207 Oregon on Tuesday night.
Sandoval Fire Chief Chad Parson says the fire was discovered by the owner, Robert McDonald.
Parson reports there was heavy fire upon their arrival in the living room section of the home. While firemen were able to stop the fire from spreading throughout the home, the entire residence sustained heavy fire, heat, and smoke damage.
Parson reports the State Fire Marshal was called to assist in determining the cause of the fire, but it is not considered suspicious.
There were no injuries.
The American Red Cross was called to assist McDonald.
Odin firemen provided mutual aid on the scene.
The fire call came in at 8:09 Tuesday night with firemen on the scene for just under 2 hours.
