Rhoda E. Farley, age 66 of Salem, passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at her home.
Rhoda was born on February 4, 1958, in Champaign, IL the daughter of Dale and Janet (Hill) Butts. She married David “Dave” Farley on March 20, 1998, in Salem and he survives.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, Dustin Butts and girlfriend Katie, and Nicolas Farley and girlfriend Kendra; sister, Debbie Peddicord and Mendy Shoemaker; brothers, Bob Butts and wife Penny, Jim Butts, and Rick Butts; and several nieces and nephews who were very special to her.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister-in-law, Loretta Butts.
Rhoda was a dedicated nurse at Twin Willows Nursing Center for many years. Her dedication to the residents was evident in her care for them.
