An inmate at the Marion County Jail has pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of contraband inside the county jail.
Arnol Morales-Caceres of Nashville, Tennessee admitted to having a sharpened toothbrush handle that came to a point that was allegedly found in his cell.
He was placed on 30 months probation, mental health counseling and treatment, as well as drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment.
As part of the plea, the original charge that brought Morales-Caceres to jail was dropped. He was arrested by Salem Police on May 23rd for possession of a stolen vehicle.
