Centralia Police have arrested 28-year-old Kaeleigh Pannell of South Sycamore in Centralia for alleged aggravated domestic battery. She was taken to the Marion County Jail to await a decision on formal charges.
24-year-old Alexander Russell of West Elm in Centralia was arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies on an outstanding felony failure to appear warrant on a felony theft conviction with bond set at $10,000.
