The Salem Township Hospital Foundation Golf Gala had another capacity field and a great day for the event on Friday.
Foundation President Myron Lloyd has the rundown.
“The tournament was just a great success. It is the 22nd Annual Salem Township Hospital Foundation Golf Tournament. We had 36 teams and 70 hole sponsors. At this point, our net take appears to be about $24,000 approximately. In addition to that, we had great weather. It made for a great day for the golfers and our effort.”
Lloyd says the foundation is still in discussion on the next improvement project they will complete for the hospital. He is thanking the foundation board for their hard work and donation of their time for the golf gala as well as throughout the year.
Lloyd is also thanking all those who participated in the tournament helping to make it a success. All those winning prize money for being tops in their flight donated the winnings back to the foundation.
