The Greater Centralia Chamber of Commerce welcomed Shane Bowen, PA-C and his new practice with Asberry and Associates to Centralia with a ribbon cutting Tuesday afternoon.
Bowen received his original training in the Air Force where he served for 14 years. He first came to Centralia 16 years ago to practice with Dr. Lyle Pahnke. Bowen was at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital until eight months ago when he joined Asbery and Associates and opened the family practice office at 208 East Third Street.
“Typical family practice. Physicals, chronic medical management, diabetes, hypertension those types of things. In addition to that we are doing hormone replacement. With my surgical background, I do a lot of minor procedures like skin lesions, skin cancers, ingrown toenails, joint injections, you name it I can probably do it.”
Bowen has three employees at the Centralia office. Centralia Mayor Bryan Kuder was also on hand to welcome Bowen to his new office before the chamber held the ribbon cutting.
