One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash on Illinois Route 161 about a half-mile east of Woods Lane late Thursday afternoon.
State Police say preliminary information indicates a truck driven by 32-year-old Levi Bradham of West Frankfort collided with an SUV driven by 67-year-old David Herley of Odin. Herley was taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Bradham and a passenger in his pickup, 52-year-old Joseph Fennewald of West Frankfort, both reported they were not injured.
Both the Centralia Fire Protection District and Lifestar Ambulance assisted at the scene. Fire officials say there was no entrapment.
At this point, State Police reports do not indicate how the crash occurred. Initial information indicates the Bradham vehicle hit the rear of the Herley SUV.
It was reported at 4:42 Thursday afternoon.
