April was another slow month for building permits in Centralia.
15 permits valued at $101,795 were issued. The two biggest were for installation of solar arrays. One valued at $30,000 is being installed at 326 Linden Avenue while another valued at $28,520 is being installed at 417 Clarida Drive. A $15,000 permit was issued for construction of a pool at 523 Tracy Terrace.
Mission Centralia was issued permits to construct ramps at homes in the 900 block of East McCord and the 1200 block of Bond Street.
Six permits were issued for fences, two for portable sheds, another for a smaller pool and one for a deck.
There were two demolition permits issued. They were to demolish a home at 520 Easthaven and another at 635 North Beech.
