Charles E. Horn, 68, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2024, in Countryside Manor of Mt. Vernon. Charles was born January 18, 1956, in Cleveland, TN. He was the son of Carl E. Horn and Evelyn (Gregg).
Per Mr. Charles E. Horn’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded and no public services will be held. Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home in Centralia is in charge of services and proud to be of service.
