The City of Centralia issued 15 building permits totaling $244,552 during the month of March.
The largest permit was an $80,000 permit for construction of a new home issued to Preston Johannes at 634 Oakdale.
Other large permits included a $54,902 permit for construction of a solar array at 330 North Locust. A $42,000 permit was issued to Greg Trone to construct a pole barn at 4 Agape Lane.
Mission Centralia was issued two permits to construct ramps to help residents getting in and out of their homes. They are at homes in the 1100 North Maple and 900 block of North Lincoln.
There were two demolition permits issued. One for a home at 1102 North Maple and the other for a building at 1508 Gragg Street.
