Kinmundy Police have arrested 58-year-old Wally West of Case Street in Kinmundy for misdemeanor theft. He was given a notice to appear and was released from the Marion County Jail.
40-year-old Jacklin Tate of Salem was arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies on an outstanding Marion County misdemeanor warrant on a retail theft conviction. Tate remained in custody in lieu of $2,500 bond on Thursday.
