A 34-year-old Centralia man has pleaded guilty to aggravated battery to a peace officer. Justin McMath of Marquis Drive admitted to spitting on a peace officer in an incident last August.
McMath was placed on 24 months probation, and ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation with treatment and random testing.
As part of the plea, a charge of resisting or obstructing justice was dropped.
