Charles E. Todd, 66, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 2:47 am January 9, 2024, at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mount Vernon. He was born January 13, 1957, in Mount Vernon, Illinois to the late Charles and Dolores (Nichols) Todd.
Charles is survived by his sister, Cindy Todd Moisan and husband Patrick of Salem, Illinois; brother, Craig A. Todd and wife, Sherilyn of Saint Charles, Missouri; nephew, Jeffrey Moisan and wife, Nerissa (Diaz) of Naperville, Illinois; nieces, Allyson Moisan of Salem, Illinois and Caitlyn Sanders of St. Petersburg, Florida; and great-niece, Elenora Moisan of Naperville, Illinois.
In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Charles was of the Christian faith and will be greatly missed.
There will be no public services at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Charles’ honor to the Todd Family in the care of Hughey Funeral Home.
