Junior High Boys Basketball:
Raccoon moved to 9-2 on the season with a 59-9 win over Kell. Michael Organ had 15, Jaxon Cushman 11, and Luke Deomes 10. The JV won 38-11 behind 21 points from John Organ.
North Wamac/Irvington improved to 7-4 with a 38-28 win over Sandoval. Dameon Wooden led the way with 12, Azlynn Witthaus-Strait 11. The Indian Eagles JV also won 52-19 to improve to 6-3. Cooper Teaff had 22, Jaxon Neal 18.
Iuka played at Odin and came out with a 38-31 victory. Iuka was led by Kaeden Bevolo with 18 and Leland Wombles added 12. Brady Haines led Odin with 11. The Odin JV won 28-15. The Eagles were led by Haines with 17. Kaden Cripps had 4 for Iuka.
Junior High Girls Basketball:
In middle school girls’ action, Carlyle got 11 from Angeleen Wesselmann as they beat St Rose 33-26.
