Salem Police have arrested a 60-year-old Salem man for aggravated domestic battery. Police were called to the home of Jeffrey Tate of West Warmouth Street where a female resident of the home had allegedly been involved in a physical altercation at the home. The alleged victim was taken to Salem Township Hospital for treatment. Tate was taken to the Marion County Jail pending further court action.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 27-year-old Trevor Lancaster of the 5500 block of Omega Road in Iuka for disorderly conduct. Deputies say they went to a large party at Lancaster’s home shortly after ten Saturday night and told him to keep it down for the night. However, about an hour later, neighbors complained again that the music was back up. After neighbors said they would sign a complaint, Lancaster was arrested and taken to the Marion County Jail. He later posted $150 bond and was released.
Centralia Police arrested a 17-year-old female juvenile from Centralia for alleged aggravated battery and mob action. No other details are available. The juvenile was transported to the Franklin County Juvenile Detention Center in Benton until further court action on Monday.
