Nearly 40 people have been arrested in a multi-county round-up of those wanted on outstanding warrants.
Operation Washout was coordinated by the Centralia Police Department’s partnership with the FBI’s Safe Streets program and included officers from Illinois State Police, FBI, US Marshalls Office, ATF, Clinton, Jefferson, Marion, Washington, and Bond County Sheriff’s Departments along with Central City, Wamac, Carlyle, Salem, New Baden, Nashville, and Greenville Police Departments.
The nearly 40 people were taken into custody on various charges ranging from possession of controlled substances to federal firearms charges.
While a complete list of those arrested is not yet available, eight were brought to the Marion County Jail.
54-year-old Kevin Mullins of North Everett in Odin on a Clinton County failure to appear warrant for possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $10,000 and Mullins was released on $1,000 cash bond.
39-year-old Alicia Hodge of East Commercial in Sandoval on a Marion County failure to appear warrant for retail theft with bond set at $50,000.
31-year-old Adam Durham of South Marion in Salem, who was with Hodge, was arrested on a new charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was released on a notice to appear in court.
47-year-old Aaron Heavener of Church Road in Salem was arrested on a Marion County Failure to Appear warrant for aggravated DUI. He posted $500 cash bond and was released.
39-year-old Brett Alcorn, who told jail officials he was homeless, was arrested on a Marion County failure to appear in court warrant for domestic battery. He’s being held in lieu of $10,000 bond.
54-year-old Johnny Bosler of South Main in Sandoval was arrested for failure to appear on a domestic battery charge. Bond was set at $20,000.
52-year-old Donnie Ford of Adams Street in Junction City was arrested on a Marion County failure to appear warrant for driving on a revoked license. Bond is set at $3,500.
35-year-old Jordan Heern of Lincoln Street in Centralia was arrested for failure to appear for driving on a suspended license. Bond is set at $5,000.
