A Centralia industry adding on to their building to provide an employee break room highlights the August Centralia Building Permit report.
Intermountain has been issued a $153,449 permit to add on a 578-foot addition for the break room.
Total construction for the month totaled $223,816.
There were a total of 17 permits issued. Three others were for more than $10,000. They are for a home addition at 5 Oak Park Drive West and permits to add both a front and back porch to a home at 422 Johnson valued at a total of $22,000. Mission Centralia was issued permits to construct wheelchair ramps at three homes.
There was one demolition permit issued during the month. Mike Timmons was given a permit to tear down a home at 817 Howard Street.
