A 32-year-old Salem woman has pleaded guilty in federal court to three counts of a federal indictment brought against her.
Jennifer Branson is scheduled to be sentenced on November 29th for unlawful possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, unlawful possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and heroin, and conspiracy to possess contraband in a prison.
Branson along with 39-year-old Tyrone Etheridge of Centralia were arrested last October during an investigation with federal and local police and executed three search warrants. More than 100 grams of methamphetamine, 86 capsules of fentanyl and a Colt .32 caliber pistol were allegedly found.
Etheridge’s case remains open with a trial date currently set for October 25th.
