The Franklin Park Lady Bobcats are right back in action today at Aviston after Salem lost at home to visiting Effingham 17-0. Mya Russell and Reagan Shuler had the only 2 hits for Salem.
The SC Lady Falcons are at home against Sandoval. SC knocked off Altamont 12-2 behind another strong pitching performance from Maddie Peddicord. She also singled home a run, Jamaylyn Logan had 2 hits including a double with 2 RBI along with Baylee Brown, Emmie Ruholl and Annie Ruholl both drove in runs.
Sandoval comes in having dropped their game with Raccoon yesterday 13-3. Avery Morehead had 2 hits to lead Sandoval, Adilee Nolte doubled and scored with runs from Jenna Howell and Raelynn Foster.
The Selmaville Lady Rockets avenged an earlier season loss to Central City yesterday winning 7-4. Shelby Johnson went 2-3 with an RBI and stole 3 bases and scored 2 runs. Allie Hustedde and Alana Finney each had a hit, run and RBI. Alli Cavins, Talya Gowler and Samara Simmons also added hits.
