Selmaville Lady Rockets win their semifinals match up in the OBC tournament against Field 15-5 in 5 innings.
Keira Meredith was the winning pitcher striking out 14 of the 15 out recorded! She also helped herself out with the bat going 2-2 with 2 RBIs.
The Lady Rockets banged out 9 hits and received 8 walks from the Field pitching staff. Also in the hit column was Allie Hustedde 1-2 with a double and 2 RBIs, Shelby Johnson 2-4 with an RBI, Talya Gowler collected a double and 2 RBIs. Alana Finney, LeeAnn Meredith, and Allie Cavin also collected a hit each.
The Lady Rockets are 2-0 on the season and will play in the Championship game Monday at 4pm at Odin. They will play the winner of the Central City and Raccoon game.
