Salem Strength Team had a massive showing at the USAPL MegaNationals Bench Press Competition in Las Vegas.
The team earned four Individual Championship titles.
The championships were earned by:
Owen Becker in the Teen 82.5 KG class, Eric Brubaker in the Junior 110 KG Class, Monty Murphy in the Masters-1 90 KG Class, and Bryan Brubaker in the Masters-1 100 KG Class.
Salem Strength Team/SST took away the Men’s Masters Division Team Championship as well. This is a huge accomplishment for SST in only their first year as a competitive team for both individual and team accomplishments. They will now focus their attention on the USPA Illinois State Championship that will be at McKendree in Lebanon, IL this Sept. where they will roster at least 12 athletes. Soon after, they will have Eric Brubaker and Monty Murphy competing at the IPL North American Championships in St. Louis, MO. In November.
