Two plead guilty to meth possession charges; one goes to prison

Two people entered guilty pleas in Marion County Court on Tuesday for unlawful possession of under five grams of methamphetamine.

33-year-old Travis Juds of North Scott in Odin was sentenced to three years in prison to be followed by one year of parole. He will receive credit for 130 days
already served in the Marion County Jail. As part of the plea, Juds had two other separate counts of unlawful possession of under five grams of methamphetamine dropped.

55-year-old Tracy Behringer of South Maple in Centralia was sentenced to two years first offender probation and ordered to undergo drug, alcohol, and mental health evaluation. As part of the plea, a charge of driving on a suspended license and multiple traffic charges were dropped.
