A 45-year-old Centralia man has been sentenced to four years in prison for felony domestic battery.
Jesse Wallace of South Sycamore Street had earlier pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to the charge stemming from an October 14th incident. The prison term will run concurrently with another prison term handed down on a petition to revoke his probation on a prior domestic battery charge.
As part of the plea, Wallace had a charge of aggravated domestic battery and a misdemeanor battery charge dropped against him.
He was also given day for day credit for time already served in the Marion County Jail.
