A 28-year-old Centralia man has been sentenced to five years in prison with recommendation for the impact incarceration program after his participation in Marion County Drug Court was revoked for multiple violations.

Blake Shafran of Lakewood Drive was sentenced to three years in prison for a petition to revoke his probation for mob action and five years apiece on charges of felony theft, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of a controlled substance. Prosecution on the theft and drug charges had been deferred while Shafran was in the drug court program. All four terms will be served consecutively.

Shafran had his drug court participation revoked for missing counseling and other appointments, failing to provide a valid drug sample, having a female and smoking in the Tiny house provided to some drug court participants, associating with a known drug dealer and not having a willingness to participate in the treatment program.
