A 26-year-old Centralia woman has pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to aggravated battery to a nurse.
Nikkita Campbell of North Elm admitted to striking a nurse at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in the head with her hand. The incident occurred in the Behavioral Health Unit after she allegedly threw a cup of coffee at another patient.
Campbell was placed on two years probation, ordered to undergo alcohol evaluation, treatment, and to abstain. She also received credit for time served in the Marion County Jail since her February 1st arrest.
