The Salem Township Hospital low-cost blood voucher program is returning.
The hospital hasn’t held the wellness program since the surge of COVID-19 and the shortage of supplies. However, with COVID-19 numbers down dramatically and an adequate supply of materials needed to complete the blood tests, they will once again be offered.
The Vouchers will be available for purchase on one day only, Thursday, April 7th, from seven am to five pm. Those wanting to purchase the vouchers should drive through under the front canopy at the main front entrance to the hospital.
The cost of the vouchers will remain the same as in the past. Executive Profile tests will be $40, PSA tests $25, and Hemoglobin A1c $25.
The vouchers can be used anytime from April 7th through the end of the year at the Salem Township Hospital Lab which is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The vouchers will only be available on April 7th.
