Todd Eric Bosler, 59, of Sandoval, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon.
Todd was born June 23, 1963, in Granite City, IL, the son of Earl Bosler and Charlene (Hall) Bosler. He married the love of his life, Jeanne (Gardner) Bosler on October 25, 1995.
In addition to his wife Jeanne, Todd is survived by his children: Cynthia McDonald and husband Brian, Josh Long and wife Trish, Janie Kelly, Andrea McGaughy and husband Bob, Haley Bosler, and Paul Todd Eric Bosler; grandchildren: Eli, Gavin, Landon, Camden, Madison, Andrew, Bailey, Jax, Aiden, William, Delilah, and baby boy McDonald due to arrive in May; siblings: Earl Bosler Jr., Johnny Bosler, and Jennifer Bosler, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Earl and Charlene Bosler, two siblings: David Bosler and Cheryl Bosler, and one grandson: Cliffy Devening.
By trade, Todd was a truck driver for 20 years. In his free time, he enjoyed gardening, spending time outdoors, riding four-wheelers with his grandchildren whom he adored, and working on any and everything. He never met a stranger anywhere he went. Todd had a great sense of humor and was known for making others laugh. He was a caring and giving individual who would help anyone. He was the handyman of the family and was always on call. He will be dearly missed by everyone that knew him.
Per Todd Bosler’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded and a private family gathering will be held at a later time.
