Rebacca R. Phillips, age 59, of Farina, Illinois passed away at 10:18 a.m. Thursday, February 9, 2023, at her home, surrounded by her family.
Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at Evergreen Church in Salem, Illinois with a one-hour visitation prior to the service. Shannon Bopp will be officiating. Burial will be at Elder Cemetery in rural Kinmundy. Military Rites will be observed. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at the Evergreen Church in Salem, Illinois. Rebacca was born on August 7, 1963, in Stanford, Kentucky, the daughter of James and Judith (Wright) Robinson. She married Raymond A. Phillips on November 20, 1983, in Reno, Nevada. Rebacca was a true crime buff. She loved reading and studying genealogy.
She is survived by her loving husband, Raymond Phillips of Farina; sons, Kristopher Phillips of Farina and Richard Cale (wife Ar Isa) of San Diego, California; daughters, Kacie Rae Sanchez (husband Brad) of Susanville, California and Tamara Cale of Rock Springs, Wyoming; brothers, Richard Gregory of Kinmundy, Randall Gregory (wife Robin) of Carmi, Kelly “Dugan” Mulvaney (wife Lori) of Iuka, and Benjamin “Whitey” Mulvaney of Farina; sister, Lisa Millar (husband Robert) of Camas, Washington; four grandchildren, and dozen of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and dad, Glen Mulvaney.
