The Keep Salem Beautiful Recycling bin is back.
After a month’s absence for repainting and repairs, the recycling trailer has been returned to its normal location in the Marion County parking lot in the 200 block of North Broadway.
KSB’s Rita Boudet is pleading with those using the recycling center to only place recyclables in the appropriate bins. She notes non-recycling items will not be accepted at the Centralia Recycling Center and have to be brought back to Salem for disposal jeopardizing the operation of the program.
The recycling trailer will continue to be transported on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings to the Centralia Recycling Center to be emptied. If the trailer is full, you’re asked to bring back items after it has been emptied.
