Randy Joe Moutray, 44, passed away at his residence on January 8, 2023, in Festus, MO.
He was born, on May 16, 1978, in Centralia, Illinois to Randy and Chodi Moutray.
Randy Joe is survived by his father Randy Ross Moutray, son Kenny Moutray, daughter Abbie Moutray, grandchildren Malakai Clark and Addalynn Grace.
His siblings Lindsay Moutray, Brandi King, Misti Brashear-Finney, Jacob Moutray, and Jeremy Moutray.
His nephews are Jaylin Hoskins, Kaden Jordan, and Evan King. His niece Rachel Emmert. The love of his life, Jennifer Dornseif, and her children Josh and Justin Dornseif.
Randy Joe was predeceased by his mother Chodi Beam Moutray.
