Centralia Police arrested a 33-year-old Centralia man for unlawful restraint and domestic battery after a domestic dispute made its way to the police department. Police say they received a report of a man, later identified as Jody Wooters of South Perrine, outside the police station beating on a woman. He had allegedly refused to let the woman out of the car leading to the restraint charge.
A 29-year-old Centralia woman has been arrested and taken to the Marion County Jail by Centralia Police for misuse of 911. Lacie Linder of James Street is accused of calling Centralia Police dispatch multiple times reporting a fire and other false claims.
36-year-old Joshua Foutch of Walnut Hill Road in Centralia was sent to jail for contempt of court. Jail logs indicate he was later released.
