A Fayette County jury has found a 41-year-old Farina man guilty of five felony counts of criminal sexual assault.
Robert Branham was first arrested on the charges in August of 2020. One of the charges claimed sexual assault by force and the other four were for committing a sex act against a family member under 18.
Branham will be sentenced on January 3rd. The charges carry a mandatory consecutive sentence of four to 15 years in prison.
Branham has remained in the Fayette County Jail since has arrest. His $100,000 bond was revoked after the jury found him guilty.
