A 40-year-old rural Salem man has been arrested on ten counts of child pornography.
The Illinois Crimes Against Children Task Force developed the case against Anthony Phillips of McCoy Road and then worked with the Marion County State’s Attorneys office to issue a search warrant on his home.
Marion County Sheriff’s Department along with members of the Task Force executed the warrant and came up with evidence that led to Phillips’ arrest on the ten charges.
