Many federal, state and local government offices will be closed for the Veterans Day Holiday on Thursday.
That includes Salem and Centralia City Halls, area courthouses, and Secretary of State offices. However, both Salem and Centralia officials say garbage collection will remain on the regular schedule.
There will be no home mail delivery and most schools and financial instituitons will be closed.
