Selmaville Hosts Successful 3rd & 4th Grade Tournaments Again

The Selmaville 3rd and 4th grade tournaments were held over the weekend.  The Salem 3rd grade boys won the tournament beating Central City 22-19 in the title game.  EJ Wolfe had 10 points and Kolsyn Erwin also had 10 in the win.  They opened the tournament with a 34-6 win over Selmaville behind 16 from Wolfe.

The Selmaville 3rd graders won the consolation championship beating Iuka 33-10.  Kasen Harris had 8 and Weston Crouse 4 in the win.  Selmaville opened the tournament with a loss to Central City 26-19.  Isaac Knapp led the Rockets with 12 followed by Jacob Butts with 7.  On Saturday, the Rockets came back to beat Raccoon 34-16.  Butts finished with 16 and Knapp added 12.

The Selmaville 3rd/4th grade girls team finished 3rd.  The Selmaville 4th grade coed team also won the consolation championships.
