Baity, 58, of Salem, Illinois passed away on October 8, 2022, at Salem Township Hospital, with family at her side.Born March 14, 1964, in Chester, Illinois, she was the daughter of Ruben O. and Alice M. (Reiman) Heeszel.Simple Cremation was selected. Her family invites friends to gather with them for an informal Celebration of Life gathering, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm, Saturday, October 15, 2022, at Salem Lutheran Church gymnasium. Memorials may be made to the Marion County Relay for Life and accepted by the Sutherland – Rankin Funeral Home, P.O. Box 97, 310 N. She loved to read and spend time with her grandson Dylan.She is survived by her daughter, Gretchen Eagan, and grandson Dylan of Salem, IL, her parents Ruben O. and Alice Heeszel of Green Valley, AZ, sisters Christine (Bill) Kingery of Charleston, WV, and Connie (Marvin) Meador of Salem, IL. Also her nieces and nephews Derek Meador, Jessika Mason, and Allison Kingery.
