The Marion County Sheriff’s Department has arrested a fourth person in connection with a residential burglary to a home on the Red Stripe Road in rural Odin.
Zachary Hanks of North Broadway in Central City was taken into custody by sheriff’s deputies on Wednesday.
Deputies say information developed in the case show all four associated with the August break-in. Earlier reports indicated a TV, ten boxes of comic books and magazines as well as several other items were stolen. Some of the stolen items have been recovered.
26-year-old Trevor Langford of Norton Road in Odin and 33-year-old Timothy Bowlby of North Pine in Sandoval have been both charged with burglary in connection with the case. 24-year-old Mallory Seals of North Broadway in Sandoval has been charged with both burglary and felony theft. Langford has posted bond, but Bowlby and Seals remain in custody.
