Franklin Park won their first game of the season knocking off visiting Vandalia 8-7. Brody Collier was the starting pitcher and Evan Barnes came in to relieve. Angel Salgado, Keytin Grawe and Landen Maxey had 2 hits each. Eli Lograsso, Collier and Cam Carmichael added hits.
Salem is 1-6 and will travel to Farina tomorrow to take on the 6-0 SC Falcons who look to stay unbeaten this afternoon when they host Altamont.
