The Marion County 4H Livestock Auction Wednesday night say 63 4H members sell their livestock projects for $58,800. There were 30 local businesses that purchased animals at the auction.
The funds go directly to the 4H members.
The sponsoring Marion County H Foundation also received $6,850 in donations. The majority of those funds will be used to cover the annual enrollment fees for every 4H member in the county.
The foundation also works to make other improvements possible for 4H members.
