The Marion County Fair Board has announced due to the heavy rain the Motocross event scheduled for Saturday night at the fairgrounds is being canceled. It will not be rescheduled. Refunds will be given at the fair box office or you may exchange the value of the ticket towards another grandstand event later in the week.
At this time, the carnival is still scheduled to operate Saturday night. Like every day of fair week, there will be a $20 armband to ride all the rides you want for $20.
As of now, both the Sunday afternoon draft horse pull and the free gospel sing are still scheduled to go on as planned.
